OrlanTech Orlando IT Support Manager Chriss Rhode

Chriss Rhode


As a co-founder and co-owner of OrlanTech, Chriss manages the service team to ensure his customers get the best out of OrlanTech. He has over 35 years of IT experience and stays abreast of new technologies to ensure the best solutions for our clients. He enjoys fishing, Jeeping, and spending time with his family.

Keith Coker


Keith co-founded the company with Chriss Rhode in 1995. He currently manages the sales and administrative team. Keith holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering from UCF and enjoys reading motivational and leadership books. He loves anything related to saltwater and enjoys spending time in the Everglades and the Florida West Coast with his family and friends. Keith’s favorite quote is one of OrlanTech’s core values, “If someone asks you to go with them one mile, go two miles instead. (Matthew 5:41).”

Anthony Garner


Assimilated by the OrlanTech collective in early 2003, Anthony Garner has been a mainstay since then. He is strongly focused on all aspects of IT infrastructure with a core focus on security. In his spare time, he enjoys watching hockey.

Olga Tressler


Olga joined the OrlanTech team in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field. Her responsibilities include management of company accounting and financial reporting functions including financial close, internal controls and audit, payroll, accounting policy and procedures, forecasting and human resource operations. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.

Dean Levin

Business Development Manager

In 2006, Dean joined OrlanTech. As the Business Development Manager, he assesses managed service needs of potential clients and provides them with a detailed proposal to better secure their network infrastructure. Additionally, Dean is responsible for maintaining the needs of existing managed services accounts and is committed to meeting and exceeding their expectations. When not at work, Dean enjoys fishing, boating, cooking, landscaping and traveling with his wife.

Kelly Whitney

Sales Admin / Procurement

Kelly joined OrlanTech in 2011. Her wide range of duties includes inside sales, procurement, and assisting with company WOW programs for clients and employees . In her spare time, she enjoys boating, going to ballgames and spending time with her family.

Matt Bartolotta

Lead Systems Engineer

Matt is a seasoned professional in the dynamic world of Information Technology. With a journey that started back in 2008, Matt has dedicated himself to honing his expertise, particularly in the realm of Cybersecurity. Beyond the confines of technology, Matt finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Any moment spent with family and friends holds a special place in his heart. Outside the digital landscape, you might find Matt engrossed in a good book, immersed in his favorite tunes, or passionately brewing something delightful.

Kyle Strink

Project Manager

Kyle joined the OrlanTech team in 2012. As the project manager of the professional services department, Kyle specializes in Microsoft technology, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure with a focus on modern workplace. With a proven track record of delivering successful projects, Kyle is committed to providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Kyle graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. When not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and playing/coaching hockey.

Stephen Harrell

Service Manager

Stephen joined OrlanTech in 2023 as Service Manager.  In his storied professional career, Stephen has led customer service, technical support, and vendor teams for Fortune 10 companies.  Stephen's goals are total customer satisfaction and ensuring the issue is resolved the first time.  When its time to relax, Stephen is probably at a theme park or travelling with his wife.

Brenda D

Brenda Dorn

Service Coordinator

Brenda has an Associate’s degree in Network Administration and also has several years of experience working in customer service and help desk positions. She enjoys cycling, kayaking, camping, road trips, European travel and pretty much anything outdoors. She listens to classical, jazz, Jimmy Buffet and classic rock music.

Bethany Ramos

Office Manager/Accounting

Bethany joined OrlanTech in 2023 as Office Manager. Originally hailing from the U.K, she has several years of experience successfully providing administrative and secretarial support. As a result, her customer service skills are world class. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys baking, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Ryan Sirmeyer

Client Success Manager

Bio: Ryan joined the OrlanTech team in 2024. As a Client Success Manager, he delivers tailored solutions to meet OrlanTech’s clients’ needs, ensuring their success and satisfaction. His goal is to consistently provide exceptional service and support to maximize client outcomes. Outside of work, Ryan finds joy in exploring new destinations with his family, indulging in culinary adventures, trying out new board games, and playing golf and disc golf.
